Dear Sir:

I am anxious to obtain as early as possible a copy of any report, statement, or address, designed for publicity, which may be issued by the authority of the  Delegiertenkonferenz der I.A.A. in London, 17.–23. September 1871.
Schließen Conference of the Internationale which, as I am given to understand, closed its session in London a day or two ago. If I could be furnished with such a copy in advance of its publication in London, | I would transmit it at once to New York for publication in the World, and, of course, I should be glad to pay any expense incurred for the clercial labour of making such a copy for my use.

May I ask whether it will be in your power and in accordance with your inclinations to direct that such a copy may be forwarded to me at the earliest convenient moment?
