                <p rend="MBTextOhneEinzug" style="text-align: justify; ">I am anxious to obtain as
                    early as possible a copy of any report, statement, or address, designed for
                    publicity, which may be issued by the authority of the <ref xml:id="d1ae6986-3ab3-4edd-ae69-863ab34edd45" corresp="#d51f05d5-1fdc-4097-9f05-d51fdc2097db" type="editorialNote">Conference of the <orgName ref="https://megadigital.bbaw.de/M0004811 https://d-nb.info/gnd/503624-0">Internationale</orgName> which, as I am given to understand, closed
                            its session in London a day or two ago</ref><note xml:id="d51f05d5-1fdc-4097-9f05-d51fdc2097db" corresp="#d1ae6986-3ab3-4edd-ae69-863ab34edd45" type="editorial">Delegiertenkonferenz der I.A.A. in London, 17.–23. September
                            1871.</note>. If I could be furnished with such a copy in advance
                    of its publication in London, <pb/> I would transmit it at once to New York for
                    publication in <hi rendition="#u"><bibl type="periodika" corresp="">the
                            World</bibl></hi>, and, of course, I should be glad to pay any expense
                    incurred for the clercial labour of making such a copy for my use.</p>
                <p rend="MBTextMitEinzug" style="text-align: justify; ">May I ask whether it will be
                    in your power and in accordance with your inclinations to direct that such a
                    copy may be forwarded to me at the earliest convenient moment?</p>
