Dear Sir,
You must not conclude from my letter that your printer could not have sent a copy of the address to my paper. It could well have come when I was not about the office, and have been set aside for study, or thrown away altogether. All I meant to say was that the fact of its having come had not come under my observation. I hasten to set you right on this point, least you might get into the wrong with your printer.
I purpose, if possible, bringing Mrs Daly with me on Sunday, as Mr Marx desired.
I this morning received the copy of the address you posted | to me. I shall put it into the right hands & see what will come of it.
I am, Dear Sir,Very sincerely yours
J. D. Daly.
F. Engels Esq.
