I think the printer has not made the correction you wanted in the 14th page that you meant

Does not the words by order, and in the name &c &c, belong to the appendix; should they not appear above the ═══════

I do not know whether it is made compulsory, but I think it ought, that all members should | on joining your association be expected to pay for a Copy of the Rules

I think you will excuse me for presuming to suggest these little matters for your consideration and remain
