I should be glad too if you would give me your opinion as to whether it would serve any usefull purpose for me to write to “Mill” pointing out | the limit at which the “Land Tenure Reform Associat.” stops and the reason why I think he ought—having gone so far—to at once declare in favour of the programme of the “International”. This might lead to a correspondence which might be used with advantage at the next Congress of the “International”; if not no harm would be done.

If you approve | I should be glad of your advice in the matter.
