My dear Dr Marx,

Schließen Enclosed is the letter from Mr Grece. You can give it to your friend to make such appointment as suits him on Wednesday (it had better be near Charing Cross for Mr. Grece’s convenience) or Friday. If Wednesday is fixed on I think it likely that I could be present in this first interview and explain any point in which the party might be at a loss. Perhaps early or late—before 12 or after 4 would suit Mr Grece better than Midday.

If you prefer to continue the initial correspondence thro’ me, please send me a Telegram before 4 tomorrow naming the place & hour on Wednesday and I will send it off forthwith to Mr. Grece.

After this initial interview, the parties can correspond directly.

Perhaps the Vienna beer House in the Strand would be the best place to meet on Wednesday on which day I expect to be in London about 12.
