You must really forgive my silence and also my absence from the Council. I will explain when I see you. I have received some copies of the rules and resolutions but no stamps. The men are | now ready for active work in several places so I hope that I will not be delayed much longer. I have not heard from the type Founders since last Friday when Hall said the matter was satisfactory. I have just now written to him.
