Dear Sir
Herewith you have the Account for printing the pamphlets “Civil War in France”—the “Washbourne in Paris”. Handbills, and Advertisements—I should have sent it earlier as you had requested, but I was unable to comply with your request until now, my printer not having furnished me with | the particulars until now
I have not made any deduction for those I have sold at present as it would not make any very great difference. Of the first 1000 upwards of 800 were had by Messrs Hales and other members of the Council for which I have vouchers—Of the 2nd edition I have vouchers for 1400 of the 2000 printed and the 3rd edition is intact at present.
|The Washbourne tracts were all given up to yourself I think and to Mr Hales
I shall be thankful when you can make it convenient to settle the account and remain

Zeugenbeschreibung
Soweit aus der Fotokopie zu ersehen ist, besteht der Brief aus einem Bogen weißem Papier. Truelove hat zwei Seiten vollständig und die dritte Seite zu zwei Driteln beschrieben. Die vierte Seite blieb vermutlich leer. Schreibmaterial: schwarze Tinte.
Archivsignatur des Moskauer Marx-Engels-Instituts (IMĖ) auf beiden beschriebenen Seiten mit Bleistift: „Rj 667a–b“.
