Soweit aus der Fotokopie zu ersehen ist, besteht der Brief aus einem Bogen weißem Papier. Blears hat die erste und dritte Seite vollständig beschrieben, die übrigen zwei Seiten sind leer. Schreibmaterial: schwarze Tinte.
Archivsignatur des SPD-Archivs links oben auf der ersten Seite: „II 21 L 34“ (Bleistift).
Von unbekannter Hand: oben rechts auf der ersten Seite Vermerk „Dankbrief“ (Bleistift) und Nummerierung „5.“ (Blaustift).
