Dear Engels,

As Mohr is once more being victimised by his old enemies, the carbuncles, & is, by the arrival of the latest, made to feel very ill at ease in a sitting posture, he has asked me to write you these lines in his stead.

As regards  Friedrich Engels: Karl Marx on Capital. Manuscript of the review for “The Fortnightly Review” (MEGA2 I/21. S. 46–67, 1286-1293). Siehe Engels an Marx, 7.1.1868 und Erl. („Wie stehts mit Beesly, Lewes & Co & der Fortnightly Review?“).
Schließen the article for the Fortnightly Review,  Antwort auf Engels’ Nachfrage in seinem Brief an Marx vom 10.1.1868.
Schließen I am to tell you that there is no question of a mere brief notice | like the reviews of books generally found at the back of that periodical, but of an article of the lenght of those usually inserted.

Also I am to beg you to send back, as soon as possible,  Siehe Marx an Engels, 11.1. und Engels an Marx, 16.1.1868.
Schließen the earlier numbers of the “Courrier Français”.
