Die Resolution, über welche ich nächsten DienstagSiehe Meeting of the General Council January 3, 1871 und Meeting of the General Council January 17, 1871 (MEGA I/21. S. 867–872 und Erl. 867.28, 868.27). sprechen soll, lautet:

That in the opinion of this meeting the policy of Germany, carried out by her autocratic King with the aid of a military caste, marks her as the foe of European liberty & progress. Ludlow, Marriot, Capt. Maxe, Odger, Howell, Shipton & Lloyd Jones werden sprechen. Potter & Applegarth zweifelhaft.
