Soweit aus der Fotokopie zu ersehen ist, besteht der Brief aus einem Bogen weißem Papier. McDonnell hat die erste und dritte Seite vollständig beschrieben, die übrigen zwei Seiten sind leer. Schreibmaterial: schwarze Tinte.

Von unbekannter Hand: Nummerierung des Briefes oben auf der ersten Seite mit Bleistift: „481“.
