                            nach der Londoner Konferenz (17.–23. September 1871) leiteten Marx und
                            Engels die erforderlichen Schritte ein, um die Konferenzbeschlüsse für
                            eine Veröffentlichung vorzubereiten. Als erstes redigierte Marx die
                            beiden Resolutionen über die bakunistische Allianz und über die
                            Streitigkeiten in der romanischen Schweiz; er stellte sie zu einem
                            Zirkular zusammen, das zunächst in handschriftlichen Kopien —
                            wahrscheinlich vorwiegend in die Schweiz — versandt und danach in der

                <p rend="MBTextMitEinzug" style="text-align: justify; ">Give from the refugees’
                    money so much to <persName ref="https://megadigital.bbaw.de/M1610891">Duru</persName> that he can leave the
                    lodgings he now lives in which are too dear considering their miserable state.
                    It would be well, if Duru received money enough to get <del rendition="#s">out</del> his things <add place="superlinear">out</add> of the
                    pawning
                    shop. But my opinion is that he should take them not to his
                    present lodgings but depose them in your house and leave his lodgings <hi rendition="#u">without paying the rest of his houserent!</hi> He has <subst>
                        <del rendition="#s">also</del>
                        <add place="across">already</add>
                    </subst> paid more then was really due for such a hole. </p>
                <p rend="MBTextMitEinzug" style="text-align: justify; ">Give also say 1 £ to
                    the
                    nouveau
                    venu of whom you spoke yesterday.</p>
                <p rend="MBTextMitEinzug" style="text-align: justify; ">These expenses—this
                    employment of part of the money remitted to us from the <expan resp="editor" sameAs="dottet_underline">U<ex>nited</ex></expan>
                    <expan resp="editor" sameAs="dottet_underline">St.</expan> I shall defend so
                    soon as the disposal of those moneys will come before the Council.</p>
