Soweit aus der Fotokopie zu ersehen ist, besteht der Brief aus einem Bogen weißem Papier. Jung hat drei Seiten vollständig und die vierte Seite zu zwei Dritteln beschrieben. Schreibmaterial: schwarze Tinte.

Stempel oben rechts auf der ersten Seite: „H. F. Jung / Watch Maker / 4. Charles St. / Clerkenwell / E. C.“.

Archivsignatur des Moskauer Marx-Engels-Instituts (IMĖ) auf allen beschriebenen Seiten mit Bleistift: „Rj 528a–d“.

I have sent to Brussells; the Daily News does not seem to publish our letter; has it appeared in any other papers? the 2 ItaliansNicht bekannt, möglicherweise handelt es sich um die im Brief von H. Jung an Marx, vom 4. November erwähnten Italiener „named ‘Berni & Panozzi’“. who were at the council on TuesdaySiehe Meeting of the General Council June 20, 1871. In: MEGA I/22. S. 567: „Citizen Baudry [...] introduced two Italien Citizens who had fought for the Commune“. assure me having seen the name of Wolff on the registers of the police in Paris; I shall write out a declaration to that effect & get it signed by them & by Tibaldi who has also seen Wolff’s name among the spies.
