Der Brief besteht aus einem Blatt festem, weißem Papier im Format 111 × 178 mm. Prägung: „Post“. Auf der ersten Seite oben links trägt der Brief den ovalen roten Aufdruck des Central Council der IAA. Die erste Seite hat Cremer vollständig beschrieben, die zweite zur Hälfte. Schreibmaterial: schwarze Tinte.

Von unbekannter Hand: Nummerierung des Briefes: „66“.
